About Me

Hi, my name is Chelsey Van Genne. I am mom of two boys, a fitness trainer, and a nutrition coach specializing in pregnancy and postpartum exercise and realistic, sustainable nutrition. I am based in Spruce Grove, AB but through online training, I am able to work with moms around the world.

After experiencing pregnancy and early postpartum myself, I recognized a huge gap. The advice out there was confusing, contradictory, and extreme. I did a lot of research that led me to getting certified in the health and fitness industry, and starting my own business while on maternity leave.

I work with moms who are struggling to prioritize themselves.

We are so quick to put our own needs on hold for the sake of everyone else around us. The demands of motherhood are overwhelming. Some days it can feel impossible to even get in the shower, let alone a workout.

I help moms make exercise fit into their busy schedules so it just feels like a regular part of their routine.
