Core Foundations is:

  • 1 “Do it with me” strength workout each week (you’ll feel as if I’m right there with you, but on your schedule)

  • 2 weekly self-paced, 30 - 45 minute, thoughtfully programmed workouts with voice-over video demos for every exercise

  • All workout include warm-ups, cool downs, and are designed to build total body strength with a focus on your core and pelvic floor

  • Education on postnatal fitness topics such as breathing strategies, goals, priorities, diastasis recti, posture & alignment, c-section incision desensitization, glute isolation, options & expectations, and more!

  • Access to me for support and any questions you have as you make your way through the program

  • Delivered through a free, user-friendly convenient app so you can do your workouts anywhere, any time

I am a mom of 2 boys, the owner of Fit Beside Me, and a Fitness & Nutrition Coach specializing in pregnancy and postpartum exercise.

I am passionate about educating and empowering moms to feel strong, capable, and healthy in their bodies. My exercise philosophy is all about creating a strong and functional foundation so you can get back to the things in your life that you love. My goal is to make your daily tasks feel a little bit easier, through an effective, manageable workout routine.

  • Dumbbells (ideally one heavy set and one lighter set), a mini band loop, a long resistance band, a chair/bench, and some wall space.

  • There is no set time. The workouts are uploaded into the app for you to complete on your own schedule throughout the month.

  • 8 weeks

  • $249 for the entire 8 weeks

  • Each workout will take you 30-45 minutes max, including warm up, mobility, strength training, and cool down.

  • Congratulations! I work with my all of my pregnant clients on a 1:1 basis only. Every person, and every pregnancy is so different, and I find that this is the best way to make sure we are doing what is exactly right for you!
