1:1 Online Coaching

1:1 coaching is completely customized to you and your needs. I create the perfect program for you based on your current fitness level, your goals, your schedule, your preferences, and more.

We will be communicating regularly to ensure you get the results you desire.


Core Foundations

Your body took 9ish months to grow your baby, let’s give it the attention it needs to recover from that. My postnatal return to fitness program is designed for new moms. If you had a baby in the last 24 months, or have an older child and experience symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction (leaking, pain, pressure, diastasis recti, etc.) this is where you should start.

We will focus on intentionally building the foundation and progressing exercises every week, for 8 weeks.


StrongerU

A done-for-you monthly workout program designed for moms with young families who want to get strong at home. Fitness, accountability, community, nutrition, and mindset all fits in here.

Join me for three full body workouts each week, with one bonus live workout every month.

In-Person Classes

Small group, in person classes held in my home gym in Spruce Grove. These strength and conditioning classes are one hour long and always bring awareness to the core and pelvic floor. Class is appropriate for pregnancy, early postpartum, and beyond. Contact me for availability.

One-Time Consult

Pregnant, and have some questions about exercise? Recently had a baby, and need some answers about the changes your body experienced? Haven’t exercised since becoming a mom, and feeling unsure about your abilities?

I offer virtual and in person consults to answer all your exercise related questions and guide you in the right direction.
